ABTA bonding provides financial protection for you when you buy a package holiday from an ABTA bonded member. However if you buy other travel arrangements such as accommodation only this ABTA protection doesn’t always apply.
We are not currently members of ABTA but at Cream Resorts you can pay by credit card and if you pay part, or all, of the cost this way, under section 75 of the consumer credit act 1974 you can claim your money back from the credit card provider in the very unlikely event of Cream Resorts Travel Limited’s financial failure.
But you don’t just have to take our word for it, here is what Martin Lewis at Money Saving Expert.com has to say. (link opens a new page)
ATOL stands for Air Travel Organiser’s Licence and only offers financial protection for flights. As we do not offer any flights, we are not required to have this licence.
