ABTA

ABTA bonding provides financial protection for you when you buy a package holiday from an ABTA bonded member. However if you buy other travel arrangements such as accommodation only this ABTA protection doesn’t always apply.

We are not currently members of ABTA but at Cream Resorts you can pay by credit card and if you pay part, or all of the cost this way, under section 75 of the consumer credit act 1974 you can claim your money back from the credit card provider in the very unlikely event of Cream Resorts Travel Ltd’s financial failure.
